Coaches Fighting Cancer is an exciting coaches' charity softball game and family fun day on Sunday, April 30, 2017, benefiting MaxLove Project and
Join us on the fields at Noon on 4/30 for food trucks and more! Game starts at 1:00pm.
Why: Virtually everyone in our community has been touched by cancer and, in all too many cases, devastated by the loss of a loved one due to cancer. TWLL and MaxLove Project have teamed up to honor those affected by cancer in our community by taking a stand in the fight against cancer. Together we’re honoring our loved ones and community members by stepping up to raise funds and awareness to support kids and families fighting cancer today.
How It Works: Each TWLL team, from Majors to T-ball, will select a coach-representative to play in a winner-take-all softball game on April 30, 2017. To qualify to participate in the game, a coach must fundraise a minimum of $250. by way of a fundraising page online where teammates, friends, and family can donate and share. If we know our TWLL families like we think we do, the fundraising will be as competitive as the game itself! The top three fundraising teams will be awarded special MaxLove + TWLL practice tees. All qualifying coaches will also receive an amazing “Coaches vs.Cancer” game day tee and cap to keep.
On game day, everyone can come out and cheer on their coaches and enjoy the TWLL Grill, food trucks, and fun activities benefiting TWLL and MaxLove Project that are sure to make the day memorable.
