Our Walk for Kids at Tanaka Farms is an immersive, interactive event for families and our whole community to take action in support of those facing childhood cancers and pediatric rare diseases. The event is part farm walk, part culinary tasting, part party – all in support of the MaxLove Family! Bring your family, friends and neighbors and join us for a beautiful day of HOPE at Tanaka Farms. With your support MaxLove Project will be empowered to continue to provide our essential, pioneering quality of life focused programs and services to childhood cancer and rare disease families.
MaxLove Project Spring Pickleball Tournament & Beginner Clinic
MaxLove Project Junior Board is hosting a Spring pickleball tournament in Tustin, CA to raise funds for programs that serve childhood cancer families. We are young leaders committed to raising funds and spreading awareness for the MaxLove Project in our community. We will have a pickleball beginner clinic, cornhole boards, a silent auction, and much more.
Bring a friend to complete in this double-elimination fundraising tournament!
Cost = $50 for each 2 person team

Garden Party
Join The Salvation Army, MaxLove Project, CoAxe Studio, and COR Compost on April 23rd at 2pm to learn more about our community garden and culinary medicine teaching kitchen project. We’re so excited to share this project with our community!
The project will consist of:
Community garden plots available for community members
A communal garden to feed our community in need
The Fierce Foods Kitchen culinary medicine center that includes a shipping container to house the mobile teaching kitchen, solar power, tables and seating for 200 people, audio-visual equipment, rainwater capture, 3-compartment sink, running water, and a garden to support the kitchen's activities.
A community composting center
Bees, bees and more bees!
Fruit orchard
Event space for farm-to-table dinners
The location is at The Salvation Army property in the garden next to the baseball field off of Kerry St. Participants will have the opportunity to comment on our early phase plans for the community garden and culinary medicine teaching kitchen site and make requests for other uses. This site will be a hub of health and wellness in our community! We’re so excited to bring this collaborative vision to life. There will be opportunities to sign up to join the team as a volunteer. Refreshments will be served.

From beautiful organic Italian wines to the amazing Watson Ranch Cab to a lovely selection from Tablas Creek Vineyard, you won’t know what you’ll get but we guarantee it’ll be fabulous!
